Last week I reviewed the LELO Insignia Tiani and had both good and bad things to say about it. Luckily, I have also had the opportunity to review the LELO Insignia Lyla from Va Va Voom, which gives me another chance to experience the new LELO SenseMotion technology.

One of the things I really liked about the LELO Insignia Tiani is the SenseMotion technology, and while I did have some issues with the Tiani itself, I had very high hopes for the LELO Lyla. With it’s different shape and purpose, I was hoping it would work out better for me and I am pleased to say that it does.
The LELO Lyla is a take on a traditional egg vibrator. However, it is very special in several ways. First of all, it is specially designed for couples and has a wireless remote control that allows your partner to control the Lyla from a distance of up to 39 feet. (Does it really work that far away?) Second, is the SenseMotion technology that ties the vibrating egg to the remote in a completely new way. The remote control actually vibrates in tune with the Lyla so your partner feels exactly what is happening to you as it happens. SenseMotion also gives your partner a unique way of controlling the vibrations and thus your experience with the Lyla.
